They then board a shuttle and are transported safely to the Port of Miami by a professional driver. After their cruise, they're picked up at the Port of Miami and returned to the garage quickly and comfortably.

FAQ

Is there a time limit for parking?

Yes, there is a time limit for parking. You can only park at the time you made your reservation for. We allow a 2 hour grace period. Additional fees on overstaying vehicles parked beyond limit may be accessed.

Do you offer discounts for frequent parkers?

Yes, we offer discounts for frequent parkers through our loyalty program. You can sign up for the program on our website.

Is there handicap accessible parking available?

Yes, we have designated handicap accessible parking spaces available for our patrons with disabilities.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel a reservation you must either email us at:

Or contact us at 786•448•2082 at least 24 hrs before your scheduled date of arrival to receive refund. There will be a cancellation fee of $6 dollars as per V-TRANSPORT terms and conditions. Your refund would be issued within 5 to 10 business days. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

Click on the My Account link on the menu, sign in, click next to the reservation you want to change and click the change link. Follow the steps provided. Reductions must take place within 24hrs of the scheduled return date and time or no refund can be applied if so we can credit your card with the change. Any extensions can be applied as normal. HOW OFTEN DOES THE SHUTTLE RUN?

We have 3 uniformed FORD TRANSIT 350 transportation shuttle vans that runs every 25-30 mins to and from the Miami sea & airport.
